The 'WHY' behind AMR Technology
Let's get straight to the point, you are most likely reading this because you know of us, one of our amazing partners have referred you to us, or we have finally engaged a marketing manager and SEO has significantly improved! You may already know we have both recently rescinded our high-profile enterprise careers just as we had hit the proverbial 'jackpot' and have partnered to build a tech startup.
Why? If you knew you had the capacity to avoid the next high-impact breach of citizen data - or that the capability you build will safeguard critical infrastructure currently exposed, would you hide it behind a pay wall?
Our Directors Amy and Morgan met during the peak of CV-19 and quickly recognised the gaps in engagement across Military, Government, Corporate and Academia. Having collectively worked across each sector, we have organically built a strong network of partners who share a deep hunger for continuous learning and corporate citizenship across Cyber, Digital and PMO.
This network enables access to over 1,000 citizens who provide specialised digital capability. This includes PHD graduates who are recognised subject matter experts in cyber risk and operations, Microsoft partners with global recognition in digital strategy and analysis, Trainers and Certifiers in ISO 27001, SOC2 and Essential 8 certification as well as hundreds of onboarded AGSVA cleared and specialised contract Talent partners ready to support technical implementations. This capability is delivered via Enterprise grade program governance and Military precision.

Our Leadership Team
Morgan Rickett: Co-Founder & Director
Morgan is a seasoned leader with expertise spanning Military and FinTech sectors, specialising in ICT infrastructure, program execution, and personnel leadership. Currently Director at AMR Technology, Morgan drives Digital, Cyber, PMO and Talent services for Australian businesses.
Previously as Director at Hunter Business Finance, Morgan led operational strategy, overseeing business growth and a successful acquisition in 2015. In the ADF, Morgan provides leadership in strategic communications, IT infrastructure, and security operations.
He holds a Master of Strategy & Security and a Diploma of Public Safety (Military Leadership), among other qualifications in Financial Services, Business Management and Leadership. He is currently studying a dual Master's in Project Management and System Engineering.
Beyond AMR and ADF life, Morgan is deeply passionate about sustainable living and opportunities to support reforestation. Ever the outdoorsman, Morgan takes every opportunity to share this with his children, either farming, trekking, fishing or supporting bush regeneration.
Amy Reynolds: Co-Founder & Director
Amy is an accomplished executive leader and co-founder of AMR Technology. With 18 years of experience, Amy's last decade served as Executive Manager driving growth and managing a $30M pa professional services portfolio.
Amy specialises in digital transformation, information security, and program delivery, having regularly consulted to Enterprise, Federal and State Government organisations to build and implement multi-million-dollar transformation programs. She holds a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership and her academic research focuses on vulnerabilities in information security governance for organisations with high volumes of PII.
A recognised industry SME, Amy is also a repeat nominee and judge for the ARN WIICTA & Innovation awards, a public speaker and an affiliate of ISACA. Having grown in a low-socio-economic demographic and with an early career as a young female in tech, Amy has a special interest in youth engagement and development pathways to support minorities and underrepresented groups. A natural change agent and advocate for fair representation of talent, Amy enjoys mentoring aspiring leaders in STEM.
